We are delighted you are interested in hosting your upcoming event at Lakeview Event & Conference Center. Our standard package pricing includes up to 12 hours of venue rental, including the Commodore Ballroom, Foyer, Lakeview Terrace, Catering Kitchen, Opti & Aero Classrooms.
Our package includes:
- (120) Mahogany Chiavari chairs with black seat padding
- (15) 60-inch round tables
- (8) 36-inch highboy cocktail tables
- (5) 6-foot rectangular tables, (3) 8-foot rectangular tables
- Existing foyer furniture & outdoor patio seating
- (1) Mobile bar

- (15) Standard hurricane centerpieces with mirror tile
- (3) Wrought iron easels
We also have one event liaison on-site during your event (for up to 2 hours of setup, 4 hours of event and 1 hour post-event). Additional liaison hours are $45 per hour.
